GPT-4o-mini at the core
We use OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini to understand the natural language in a lead's message, form submission, or behavior — not just match keywords. It reads intent the way a human would.
NLP buyer intent analysis
Natural Language Processing extracts signals from freeform text — "looking for enterprise pricing for 50 users" scores very differently than "just browsing". The model understands context.
Structured scoring logic
On top of NLP, we apply structured scoring rules: source quality, company size signals, response time, message clarity, and industry fit — all combined into a single 0–100 score.
