2. Description of Service

LeadRankerAI is a lead scoring software that analyzes inbound lead data provided by users and scores leads as HOT, WARM, or COLD. We do not collect, scrape, buy, or sell leads. All lead data analyzed belongs to the user and is collected by the user from their own sources.

3. User Responsibilities

• →You may only submit lead data that you have collected legally from your own sources
• →You must not use the Service for spam, scraping, or any illegal activity
• →You must not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service

4. Subscription and Payment

LeadRankerAI offers a free trial (50 leads/month) and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Data and Privacy

We process lead data solely to provide scoring services to you. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any other purpose. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadRankerAI provides lead scoring as a decision-support tool. We do not guarantee sales outcomes. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 30 days.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings.
